Introduction

Welcome to MPAPV AFRICA
#PatronizeAfricanProductsAndServicesNow#

It’s no longer news that impoverishment of Africa as a continent stemmed from the age long history of colonialism; the western invasion triggered by their quest to exploit the heavily mineralized and potentially fertilized territorial lands and the looting of African antiquities. Africa was conquered, balkanized, partitioned, raped and looted for over 75yrs in the name of colonialism. The decolonization of Africa, which took place in the mid-to-late 1950s to 1975, saw the radical transition of power from colonial governments to different federating states. But this autonomy was not completely independent from the colonial masters as they fraudulently installed proxies to run over the governments in order to have influence in the federating states. These systematic neocolonialists selfishly encouraged their proxies to further rape and loot African treasuries and their resources. This has further impoverished Africa and made us stagnant and dependent on the western world for our welfare and development till date.

Self Sufficiency

#promoteAfricanMadeProductsandValuesNow#

Most of the developed nations of the world are self-sufficient, producing nearly 80% – 90% of the goods and services they consume. For instance 90% of the automobiles used in Germany are produced locally.

They patronize their products and services, add values to them to attract international interest and subsequently export them to the rest of the world. Same faith is applicable to Italy. 99% of the wears utilized by Italians are produced locally.
Gucci,Italian suits, Italian shoes, etc. they valued and patronized their locally made products to the admiration of the world and then subsequently export it to the rest of the world. United States of course hugely depends on their locally made products ranging from automobiles, war equipment/machines and the BOENING Aircraft which has taken over the world aviation industry.

Promote our own Products

China, being the leading economy, produces virtually everything they consume while exporting same to the rest of the world…these nations and many other developed countries have attained self-sufficiency and could handle major emergencies and crises efficiently and effectively, thereby placing them on the map of the Developed/Advanced Nations” So where is Africa Today? Prior to the western incursion, Africans were well fed and healthy.
We were self-sufficient because we depended chiefly on our locally made products and services and then practiced trade by barter in exchange for other products and services within us. Where are our own products and services today? What do we trade with the rest of the world to attain self-sufficiency and regain our position as it was in the pre-colonial era? Do we have our own locally made products? YES. Do we consume and patronize them? NO. Do we promote our own products and values? NO. Why are we not valuing and patronizing our own made products and services? – Inferiority complex, culture imperialism, poor image, Etc.
Remember, “When you can’t enjoy true freedom, you surround yourself with the symbols of that freedom” – this is what we have become as a people. Now is the time to go back to the drawing board, embrace our own, patronize it, give it life and value, and then export them to attain self-sufficiency and sustainability again. “Let’s Unite and Restore Africa”
